* Offer valid for new MyUSA Credit Union first mortgages applied for between September 8 and October 31, 2025. Qualifying Applicants will have a choice to either receive $3,000 cash back or closing costs of up to $3,000 paid by MyUSA. Cash back amount will be deposited into the Applicant’s Main Share Savings within 45 business days of loan closing and is considered taxable income; recipient is responsible for reporting the amount to the IRS. If chosen instead, closing costs of up to $3,000 will be paid by the Credit Union include processing fees, underwriting fees, report fees, origination fees and appraisal.
